OREANDA-NEWS. Following the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors decision, VISOR Capital JSC (Almaty) as of December 28, 2015 was excluded from members of KASE by category "stock". This means that VISOR Capital JSC is no longer a member of KASE and doesn't have the right to trade in securities admitted to circulation (trading) on KASE.

This decision was taken in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of Article 12 of KASE internal document "Regulations on Membership" based on the official letter of VISOR Capital JSC on forthcoming discontinuation of the license for broker and dealer activities in the securities market and its waiver of KASE membership by the mentioned category.
