OREANDA-NEWS. Qatar’s Widam Food Company announced on Monday that it postponed its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which was due to be held on Sunday as the external auditor didn’t attend.

The EGM is rescheduled for 30 December 2015 at 4:00 PM, according to a statement by the company.

The Qatar-listed company earlier reported a net profit of QAR 51.4 million in the first nine months of 2015, versus QAR 46 million in the same period last year.

Earnings per share reached QAR 2.86 in the fiscal period ended in 30 September 2015, compared to QAR 2.56 in the same period last year.
