Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 14 December 2015, with regard to case No. А40-151918/15-78-599'B' on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution AMB Bank (public joint-stock company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3036, date of registration - 4 August 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3708, dated 24 December 2015) to terminate from 25 December 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution AMB Bank (public joint-stock company) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1771, dated 24 July 2015, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution AMB Bank (Public Joint-stock company) or AMB Bank (PJSC) (the City of Moscow) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence'.
