OREANDA-NEWS. Meeting of the JSC TANECO’s Board of Directors chaired by Nail Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT, was held in Nizhnekamsk (Republic of Tatarstan) on December 25.

The Board of Directors heard a report on financial and economic activities and results of work in November of the current year. During the reporting period planned figures for oil refining, production and sales of desired products were implemented.

The Board of Directors approved the production plan for 2016 with its main task being to ensure further development of the Complex.

Members of the Board of Directors approved the results of the work to reduce the cost of processing and on the implementation of the investment program for the third quarter of 2015.

In the course of the meeting the Board of Directors also approved the work plan of the Board of Directors for the coming year and made decisions on a number of issues related to the core activities of TANECO.
