OREANDA-NEWS. AvtoVAZ for the year 2015 will produce about 470,000 vehicles, which is less by 14% compared to the last year. It was announced by AVTOVAZ’s President Bo Andersson, by noting that the Togliatti auto giant in 2015 has 36% of all Russian-made passenger cars, compared with 30% of the previous year. "Next year, we expect about the same figure of 36%", - said the head of AvtoVAZ.

As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", for eleven months of 2015 Russian dealers sold 245,634 LADA cars, which is less by 30.2% than the same period of the last year. With a total fall of the Russian car market in January-November by 34.5%, the share of LADA has reached 16.9% against 15.9% for the same period of 2014, according to the AEB.

Bestseller of AVTOVAZ in the Russian market during the reporting period is still LADA Granta, whose sales were 108,653 cars (-22.1%). Second place goes to LADA Largus – since the beginning of year it was sold 35928 estate cars and vans of this family (-40.5%). On the third place there is LADA Kalina, whose sales were 34,084 units (-42.6%). LADA 4x4 SUVs found 32,541 buyers, which is less by 15.3% compared to the last year. Sales of LADA Priora cars fell by 39.3% to 25,849 units. On November 24th, in the Russian market it was started the new sedan LADA Vesta, and until the end of the month there were sold 1748 such cars.
