OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2015. Fujitsu Group today announced the publication of the Fujitsu Group Integrated Report 2015 (Japanese version and English version). This report brings together what had been its Annual Report with its CSR Report into one Integrated Report, a first for the Fujitsu Group. The Integrated Report concisely introduces the company's management direction for sustainably creating corporate value, along with business examples based on that management direction and information about the capital supporting its business.
Recent years have seen rising international interest in corporate social responsibility (CSR), including environmental and corporate governance policies, as well as demand for concise reporting on corporate value that brings together financial and non-financial information from a medium- to long-term perspective.
In light of this global situation, Fujitsu now brings together its Annual Report, which presents financial information, business outlook, and the management direction, with its CSR Report, which combines long-term non-financial information such as CSR and environmental policies. Based on a framework from the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), the Fujitsu Group introduces, in an easy to understand way, its efforts to sustainably create corporate value using the power of ICT.
Primarily through this report, the Fujitsu Group aims to deepen engagement with its stakeholders, especially its shareholders and investors, and to manage its business in a way that meets all of their demands and expectations.
