AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of concluding on December 11, 2015 an Addendum No.5 to Contract No.1089 of December 29, 2002 for the production of Karyerny area of the gold and silver field Karyernoye in Moiynkum District of Zhambyl region of the Republic of Kazakhstan concluded between the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Competent authority) and AK Altynalmas JSC (subsoil user)".
