OREANDA-NEWS. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an official letter saying that the bank "Following a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of December 14, 2015 was brought to administrative responsibility under article 262 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code of January 30, 2001".
