OREANDA-NEWS. Following the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors of December 11, 2015 additions and amendments No. 13 (amendments) to KASE internal document "Listing Rules" (Rules) were approved to be put into effect as of January 1, 2016.

Amendments were made in order to introduce:

- new concepts related to subsoil users and their activities;

- new requirements applicable only to subsoil users;

- additional specific requirements to information disclosure by subsoil users.

Currently, there are two Listing Rules versions available on KASE website:

- http://www.kase.kz/files/normative_base/listing_rules_izm_13_eng.pdf – the version effective from December 31, 2015 (in English available soon, in Russian at http://www.kase.kz/files/normative_base/listing_rules_izm_13.pdf).
