Areas for the growth of Russian-Chinese wholesale trade to be discussed at the “Business with China” forum
OREANDA-NEWS. On 9–10 December, Lenexpo will host the 6th Russian-Chinese Forum “Business with China: Wholesale Trade” – the leading platform for the discussion of Russian-Chinese business issues, gathering together more than 2,500 people every year.
Within the scope of the forum, experts will explore various problems of the wholesale-trade business between the two countries and offer practical suggestions geared towards their solution. The overarching theme will be Russian-Chinese wholesale trade, namely: supplies of electronics, home-improvement goods, clothing and footwear.
Aside from the expert sessions put on for importers, exporters and retailers, where discussions will focus on strategic aspects of import and export, FEA financing instruments, and recent changes in doing business with China, the business programme of the forum will include sections devoted to the situation on the Russian-Chinese e-commerce market. In particular, the forum is expected to feature the participation of leaders in the field of local and transborder online retail – Aliexpress, JD.COM, DHGate, Ulmart, E96 and others.
There will also be a dedicated area encompassing procurement sections with the involvement of Russian wholesalers and online retailers.
