About 40 innovative projects were presented at the Youth Forum of KTZH
President of KTZH Askar Mamin adressed speech to participants of the forum.
A. Mamin noted the importance of the Youth Forum in the implementation of the state youth policy, increasing the competitiveness of the nation, the development of human capital.
During the Forum unique projects have been implemented for improvement of the professionalism, training of highly qualified specialists in all areas of KTZH.
Currently, the company employs more than 32 thousand young employees, for their development are created all the necessary conditions.
KTZ President focused on the priorities of the company - the development of railway engineering, transit capacity, passenger transport, the implementation of programs to improve the efficiency, business transformation.
A. Mamin emphasized the role of infrastructure projects implemented under the program KTZ "Nurly Zhol", the development of transport and logistics complex in Kazakhstan. These are the construction of the ferry complex in the port of Kuryk railway section and Borzhakty - Ersai, road corridor Western Europe - Western China, the second track from their electrification in the area of ??Almaty-1 - Shu.
"Our strategy is aimed at winning position in the market of transport and logistics services of the Eurasian continent and the reorientation of freight flows through Kazakhstan", - said A. Mamin.
During the forum the results of the competitions have been summed up, which was held with the participation of young professionals from all regions of the country, presented 40 innovative projects aimed at improving the production process and improvement the performance of KTZH.
At the VI Republican Youth Forum the virtual communication platforms functioned online at Facebook, Instagram, zhastemirkz, YouTube. For young employeesof KTZ were organized master classes and workshops with the participation of the vice-presidents, managing directors, top managers of the subsidiaries.
The forum was attended by over 300 young workers of the sector from all regions of Kazakhstan.
