OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2015. The ninth edition of Ford Argentina’s Ford Kinetic Design Golf Invitational 2015, the regional golf tournament designed for amateur golf players, was broadcast live throughout Latin America. The ShootOut of Angel Cabrera Foundation, named for one of Argentina’s most influential golf players.

The tournament, at Olivos Golf Club, featured 120 finalists from more than 2,500 qualified golfers in 20 instances disputed between July and November. The event featured the special participation of Chilean golfers who qualified in tournaments organized by Ford in Chile.

Sven Dummer, a 19-year-old who qualified in Chili, was the overall winner. The 18-year-old group was won by Thomas Iraola, while Mariano Lopez was the winner in the 19- to 36-year-old group.

Santiago Justinian provided the event highlight – a hole in one on the 10th hole. Justinian was awarded with a 2.0-liter EcoBoost-equipped Ford Mondeo Titanium.

The final 2015 event featured activities that made it the most distinguished to date, such as a session on neuroscience as it applies to sports talk provided by the renowned Dr. Jorge Tartaglione. Mercedes Dura?ona provided yoga classes. 

Once again, Ford Argentina carried out a unique experience through its exclusive golf tournament, reinforcing such values as commitment, respect, perseverance and integrity.
