OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings withdraws its 'F1+' rating on the following bonds:

--Texas, State of (TX) general obligation veterans' housing assistance program fund II bonds series 2006A;
--Texas, State of (TX) general obligation veterans' housing assistance program fund II bonds series 2007B.

The rating was based on the support of a standby bond purchase agreement by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. that was terminated today.

In addition, Fitch withdraws its 'F1' rating on the following bonds:

--Texas, State of (TX) general obligation veterans' housing assistance program fund II bonds series 2006D.

The rating was based on the support of a standby bond purchase agreement by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation that was terminated today.

All three series of bonds have been directly purchased and converted to an index mode which does not require a liquidity facility.
