NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com), the ICT solutions and international communications business within NTT (NYSE: NTT), today announced plans of extending connectivity of Multi-Cloud Connect to Microsoft ExpressRoute for Office 365 ("ExpressRoute for Office 365"). Direct access to ExpressRoute for Office 365 is expected to be ready in London from January, followed by Tokyo in February of 2016.

Following its connectivity to Microsoft Azure, the extension of Multi-Cloud Connect will enable enterprises to easily build hybrid cloud environment. Customers of Arcstar Universal One - NTT Com's MPLS network service - can use Multi-Cloud Connect to establish highly secure connections to NTT Com's cloud services as well as different third party public cloud services, as an alternative to relying on public Internet connection.

Multi-Cloud Connect currently connects to NTT Com's cloud services as well as to third party cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and AWS via a security-enhanced, private Layer 3 connection, not via the internet.

Leveraging its 140 data centers worldwide, NTT Com can provide customers with a hybrid solution that suits their different application needs: whether it's a mix of on-premise, private cloud (Enterprise Cloud) and/or public cloud.
