OREANDA-NEWS. Nasdaq Vilnius decided to continue to apply observation status to PC Lithuanian Shipping Company (LJL1L, ISIN code: LT0000125999, AB "Lietuvos j?r? laivininkyst?").

By the decision of Regional Court of Klaipeda dated 14th December 2015 the bankruptcy proceedings of PC Lithuanian Shipping Company have been initiated. The decision comes into force 10 days after its adoption.

The observation status was applied to PC Lithuanian Shipping Company as of November 30, 2015 after the company announced that on 27-11-2015 the General Director of PC Lithuanian Shipping Company applied to the District court of Klaipeda to initiate bankruptcy proceedings in respect of PC Lithuanian Shipping Company.

The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
