OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2015. Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse to register the report on the results of the issue of series 20 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (the Chelyabinsk Region) placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-20-00078-А, dated 30 October 2012, due to the non-placement of any securities, to recognise this issue invalid, and to cancel its state registration;

to refuse to register the report on the results of the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based Liberty Finance, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-36456-R, due to the non-placement of any securities, to recognise this issue invalid, and to cancel its state registration;

to suspend the issue of series 02 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds for qualified investors of the Moscow-based Avenir, limited liability company, placed through private subscription;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Taganrog Plant Priboy (the Rostov Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-34307-Е-009D;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company RusExpressCredit placed through exchange of shares in the authorised capital of the reorganised limited liability company into shares of the joint-stock company, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-50421-А;

to register the issue of preference registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Dorogobuzh (the Smolensk Region) placed through conversion into shares of the same category (type) with different rights, to assign state registration number 2-02-02153-А to the issue of securities;

to register the issue of class B non-convertible certified interest bearing mortgage backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based Mortgage Agent AkBars2, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-01-36493-R to the issue of securities;

to register the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based Polus Perspektiva, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-01-36492-R to the issue of securities;

to register the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based OMNK, limited liability company, placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-01-36491-R to the issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Svyazinvestneftekhim (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-55006-E-006D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Sibur-Neftekhim (the Nizhny Novgorod Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-10588-Е-005D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Shahtoupravlenie Taldinskoe-Kyrgaiskoe (the Kemerovo Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-29351-N-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Shahtoupravlenie Taldinskoe-Yuzhnoe (the Kemerovo Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-29332-N-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Yantarenergo (the Kaliningrad Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-00141-D-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Liquor & Vodka Plant Topaz (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-12683-Н-007D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Inter RAO Capital placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-03-37770-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Akronit (the Novgorod Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04371-D-004D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Amur Ship Yard (the Khabarovsk Region) placed through public subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-30661-F-003D;

to register the amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research and Production Company Motor (the Republic of Bashkortostan) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04489-Е-003D;

to register the amendments to the decision on the issue and the prospectus of series 02 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of Sodruzhestvo Industries, limited liability company (the Kaliningrad Region), placed through public subscription, the state registration number of issue is 4-02-36179-R.
