OREANDA-NEWS. ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE that on December 11, 2015 its Board of Directors took the following decisions:

"... To determine the quantitative composition of Management Board of ATFBank JSC at 7 (seven) persons.

To elect as of December 14, 2015 to Management Board of ATFBank JSC Mukhtar Bubeev as Deputy Chairman of Management Board, a member of Management Board of ATFBank JSC".
