Subsidiary of VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that following the decision of its Board of Directors of November 27, 2015 "the powers of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – the member of the Management Board of the Bank, Dmitry Yakovlev, were terminated on December 8, 2015".
