OREANDA-NEWS. Mannai Corporation, announces the results of its Board of Directors’ (BOD) meeting held on on 13th December, 2015 and discussed progress of the business of the company. 

The Board also noted that HE Sheikh Hamad Bin Abdulla Al-Thani has advised the board that due to his growing international business commitments he will need to resign from his position as Chairman of Mannai with effect from 31st December, 2015. 

QIPCO will later provide Mannai Corporation QSC with the name of their alternate representative in the Board of Directors of Mannai Corporation QSC. 

The Board has, in the same meeting, elected HE Sheikh Suhaim Bin Abdulla Bin Khalifa Al Thani as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mannai Corporation QSC with effect from 1st January, 2016 for the remaining tenure of the Board which expires on 22nd March, 2016, succeeding HE Sheikh Hamad Bin Abdulla Bin Khalifa Al Thani.
