OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2015. Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse state registration of the issues and reports on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares and preference registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company SunLitInvest Group (the city of Moscow), placed through distribution of shares among the founders of the joint-stock company;

to refuse state registration of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund ‘The First Professional Pension Fund ‘Veteran’ (the city of Moscow), placed through the acquisition of shares of the established joint-stock pension fund by the non-profit pension fund being reorganised;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG (the city of Moscow), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-02-55393-Е-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Non-governmental pension fund Sotsialny Mir (the city of Moscow), placed through distribution;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-state Saving Pension Fund (the city of Moscow), placed through distribution ;

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Meleuz Mineral Fertilizers (the Republic of Bashkortostan), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-02399-Е-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the issue and prospectus of A Class non-convertible interest bearing certified housing bearer bonds of the joint-stock company Mortgage Agent BFKO (the city of Moscow), placed through public subscription, to assign state registration number 4-02-82979-Н to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Moscow Rail Ring (the city of Moscow), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-14664-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Federal State Research and Design Institute of Rare Metal Industry (the city of Moscow), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-55426-Е-007D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Development Corporation (the Sverdlovskaya Region), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-32851-D-009D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Special Design Bureau ‘Turbina’ (the Chelyabinsk Region), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-45869-D-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company ELVEES-NeoTek (the city of Moscow, Zelenograd), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-75601-Н-004D to the additional issue of securities.
