Ford of Britain Appoints First Vignale Manager
Vicky Allen has become the company’s first Vignale manager, and leads the roll out of the highly specified and refined car range, complemented by tailored ownership services from new FordStores.
Mondeo Vignales are now arriving at the 55 existing flagship dealerships, which have exclusive rights to retail Vignale, Mustang and Focus RS. FordStores boast special Vignale relationship managers and service specialists dedicated to Vignale customers.
Vicky, who joined Ford in 2002 and was previously national dealer fleet manager, joins the marketing and sales team to oversee its Vignale launch and prepare for new arrivals including Vignale S-MAX next year.
“Our new Vignale brand reflects growing demand for highly-specified Fords accompanied by a concierge-style back-up dealership service,” said Vicky. “Ford designers and engineers have responded with cars, which are hand finished by master craftspeople in our plants. This attention to detail is being extended to ownership, which achieves the same level of sophistication thanks our new state-of-the-art FordStores.
Available in four-door and estate bodystyles, Mondeo Vignale offers enhanced exterior styling and interior materials such as chrome bodywork detailing, unique wheels and fog lights, with premium leather and multi-contour climate seats inside. Fine luxury is combined with technology in the cabin, thanks to SYNC 2 connectivity and Active Noise Cancellation, as well as Vignale’s All-Wheel Drive, hybrid and 210PS high-power, bi-turbo diesel powertrains.
