OREANDA-NEWS. In November 2015, PJSC TATNEFT produced 2,342,583 tonnes of crude oil or 108.3% versus November 2014 (+178,799 tonnes). The volume of crude oil production for eleven months of 2015 amounted to 24,540,246 tonnes, which was 540,338 tonnes more than in 2014 (102.4%).

The production volume for the TATNEFT Group of Companies amounted to 24,833,064 tonnes of crude oil (102.3%; +522, 431tonnes versus the level of the previous year).

New Drilling

The new drilling meterage for eleven months of 2015 amounted to 824.3 thousand meters (plan – 810.7 thousand meters) with the production drilling accounting for 482.8 thousand meters (plan – 471.5 thousand meters) and exploratory drilling accounting for 13.6 thousand meters (plan – 12.8 thousand meters), while drilling to bitumen deposits amounted to 327.9 thousand meters (plan – 326.5 thousand meters).

6.7 thousand meters (plan – 6.7 thousand meters) were penetrated for OOO “Tatneft-Samara”, including production drilling amounting to 3.5 thousand meters (plan – 3.5 thousand meters) and exploratory drilling amounting to 3.2 thousand meters (plan – 3.2 thousand meters).

591 wells (plan – 573 wells) were delivered to customers, including production drilling amounting to 289 wells (plan – 277 wells); exploratory drilling amounting to 10 wells (plan – 10 wells) and drilling to bitumen deposits amounted to 292 wells (plan – 286 wells).

4 wells (plan – 4 wells) were delivered for OOO “Tatneft-Samara”, including 2 production wells (plan – 2 wells) and 2 exploratory wells (plan – 2 wells).

Active Well Stock Drilling

The meterage of sidetracking and drilling of horizontal wellbores amounted to 26 thousand meters for eleven months of 2015 (plan – 25.7 thousand meters), while 70 wells (plan – 69 wells) were delivered to customers.

The average number of drilling crews performing conventional well drilling operations during eleven months of 2015 amounted to 42, while 9 drilling crews were engaged in drilling laterals and lateral horizontal wellbores.

26 drilling crews performed drilling to the bituminous deposits.

Repair of Wells

Remedial servicing was performed in 952 wells in November 2015 (767 wells in November 2014), while the number of wells serviced during eleven months amounted to 9,023 wells (7,590 wells in 2014).

75 well remedial servicing operations were performed at the licensed areas outside the Republic of Tatarstan from the beginning of 2015 (109 remedial servicing operations for 11 months in 2014) with 9 jobs performed in November.

Workover operations were performed in 2,164 wells during eleven months of 2015 or 100% to the plan and 214 wells in November (2,543 wells during 11 months of 2014).

Formation hydrocracking operations were carried out in 601 wells or 100% to the plan and 57 wells in November (613 wells during 11 months in 2014). The cumulative incremental ultimate crude oil recovery amounted to 10 million 959 thousand tonnes.

Crude oil recovery enhancement operations were performed in 2,430 wells (103 percent to the plan) and 205 wells were treated in November (2,486 wells during eleven months of 2014), including chemical methods applied in 1,198 wells (100 percent to the plan) and  106 wells in November (1,231 wells during 11 months of 2014).

The  cumulative incremental ultimate crude oil recovery through application of crude oil recovery enhancement methods amounted to 6 million 213 thousand tonnes of crude oil (113 percent to the plan) with the share resulting from chemicals application accounting for 2 million 8 tonnes of crude oil (100%  to the plan).

Production Performance of JSC TANECO

The TANECO Complex of Refining and Petrochemical Plants processed 779.1 thousand tonnes of raw materials in November 2015 and 8,461.2 thousand tonnes since the beginning of the year, including 710.9 thousand tonnes of petroleum feedstock and 7,919.5 thousand tonnes since the beginning of the year. The Complex yielded 748.4 thousand tonnes of oil products in November and 8,127.2 thousand tonnes since the beginning of the year.
