OREANDA-NEWS. On December 5, IBA participated in the 5th software engineering forum for students entitled SEF.BY2Students as the event's partner. Organized by Infopark, High–Tech Park, and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the forum was held in Minsk, Belarus.

The event helps Belarusian students to choose their future career and offers some ideas and tips to get ahead. SEF.BY2Students is also a chance for IT companies to tell about new opportunities for career development in the IT sector.

The program of SEF.BY2Students 2015­­ featured a number of presentations by Belarusian IT experts. This year, more than 850 students who study information technologies and representatives of Belarusian IT companies and professional communities, as well as university graduates and teachers attended the event.

At the forum, IBA Group explained what an employer requires from a new employee and provided some tips on expanding one's IT skills. The IBA Group's presentation included the following information

  • Upcoming trends in IT
  • Requirements for the students at the interviews
  • Various approaches to improving one's proficiency.

In addition, visitors of the IBA Group booth were able to learn more about the company and its advantages as an employer and to participate in plays for prizes.
