to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Erel (the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) placed through distribution, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50190-A;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company SOGAZ Insurance Group (the city of Moscow) placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with higher par value, to assign state registration number 1-05-00013-Z to the issue of securities;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Baikal Mining Company (the city of Moscow) placed through distribution of shares during reorganisation through conversion, to assign state registration number 1-01-50519-A to the issue of securities;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company RIK Plus (the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with lower par value, to assign state registration number 1-02-50158-A to the issue of securities;

to register the issues and the prospectus of series 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 and 08 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the public joint-stock company MOSTOTREST (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription, to assign state registration numbers 4-01-02472-A, 4-02-02472-A, 4-03-02472-A, 4-04-02472-A, 4-05-02472-A, 4-06-02472-A, 4-07-02472-A and 4-08-02472-A to the issues of securities;

to register the issue and the prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the joint-stock company AVTOBAN-Finance (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription, to assign state registration number 4-01-82416-H to the issue of securities;
