OREANDA-NEWS. Audi has stopped sales of diesel versions of most of their models. The only diesel version of the car brand, which is offered in the Russian market, is kept for the crossover Audi Q7 of new generation: under its bonnet there is a six-cylinder engine capacity of 3.0 liters with a capacity of 272 HP, according to the portal "Kolesa.ru."

There are not offered a 3.0-liter diesel engines with a capacity of 245-272 HP, with which earlier were equipped models A5, A6, A7 Sportback, A8 and Q5, and the crossovers Q3 and Q5 lost also a 2.0-liter engine, available in several variants of capacity - from 177 to 184 hp.. We also note that Russian dealers are not selling now A8 sedan with a 385-horsepower engine 4.2-liter TDI.

Audi has reduced the motor line not only with "diesel", it can no longer be found in the sale the Audi A6 and Audi A7 Sportback with atmospheric petrol 333-horsepower engine with a capacity of 2.8 liter FSI. By the way, the European car market was deprived of the engine a few years ago.
