Lincoln Expands to Fuzhou, Bringing Personalized Service to a New Generation of Luxury Customers
“We are excited about the reception the Lincoln brand has received in China,” said Robert Parker, president, Lincoln China. “The Lincoln Way has been embraced by our dealer partners and our newest store in Fuzhou is no exception.”
The Lincoln Way, for a New Generation of Customers
Lincoln’s successful launch in China has been underpinned by The Lincoln Way, an innovative new model for luxury automotive ownership. Designed to create lasting relationships through personally crafted experiences that connect with customers, it defines how Lincoln customers experience the brand. Where the traditional car ownership model focuses on transactions, this new model gives guests a complete experience that encapsulates their needs and desires. This new paradigm touches every part of the experience.
All Lincoln dealerships are built around their customers, using clean elegant designs, harmonious colors and quality materials. A distinct, welcoming, home-like environment features a relaxing teahouse and intuitive personalized technology, like the Personalization Studio that gives customers the chance to customize and preview their future vehicle in near-life-size.
Individualized service from a Lincoln Team trained at The Lincoln Institute is standard, with specialized roles and skills developed for each part of the service experience.
This structural shift in service attitude allows Lincoln dealers to commit to a “one-size-fits-one” experience for each customer, bypassing the dated “one-size-fits-all” approach of yesteryear. The result is a better ability to anticipate the needs of guests as they go through the vehicle ownership experience and strengthen their bond with the Lincoln brand.
Expanding Product Portfolio Enhances Personalized Experiences
Complementing Lincoln’s comprehensive expansion is an expanding and competitive product portfolio. The new Lincoln Navigator, launched this month at the Guangzhou Auto Show, is a point of particular excitement. The full-size luxury SUV features a bold yet elegant frame and a new 3.5-liter, twin-turbocharged EcoBoost engine that delivers class-leading performance. Offering a fresh interpretation of an iconic nameplate that has long defined the full-size premium utility segment, the Lincoln Navigator sets a new standard of power and beauty.
Beyond the Navigator, Lincoln boasts a lineup of class-leading vehicles that includes the Lincoln MKX, a medium-large premium utility vehicle; the Lincoln MKC, a medium-sized premium utility vehicle; and the Lincoln MKZ, a midsize premium sedan.
The much-anticipated full-size sedan, the Lincoln Continental, is scheduled to launch before the end of 2016.
“The Lincoln Way is built into every Lincoln vehicle,” said Ye Zaifu, investor representative and executive director, Fuzhou Furuihang Auto Sales and Service Co. Ltd. “They are built to provide luxurious personalized experiences that will continue deepening the relationships we have with our customers long after they leave the Lincoln Store.”
