"...Board of Directors of Atameken-Agro JSC took a decision to secure a loan to the amount making twenty five and more percent of the Company's equity.

- Date of receipt ... of the loan December 7, 2015;
- Purpose of the loan – replenishment of current assets;
- Amount of the received ... loan – KZT13,000,000 … US dollars in Tsesnabank 

JSC with an interest rate of 11.5% APR, for five months".
