Ford Thailand Wins Two Quality Satisfaction Awards, CSR Award for their Support of the Disabled
TAQA results are based on customer satisfaction and aim to support Thailand’s automotive industry in its ongoing dedication to enhancing products and services. The awards help drive forward the industry and its commitment to meeting global standards. This year’s ceremony was presided over by Sontirat Sontijirawong, Advisor to the Minister of Industry.
Saruth Ingkavat, marketing director, Ford Thailand, accepted the awards on behalf of Ford Thailand from Sontirat Sontijirawong, advisor, Minister of Industry.
Ford Thailand Manufacturing (FTM) was also recently recognized for its support for people with disabilities by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. The event, themed “Inclusion Matters: Access and Empowerment for People of All Abilities”, coincided with International Day of People with Disabilities.
FTM continues to work to provide a higher quality of life for people with disabilities through ongoing support activities, such as providing meals and necessary supplies, as well as repairing their homes. People with disabilities also have the opportunity to sell products at FTM facilities, running their own concession stands.
Sukkamon Sopachote, human resources manager, FTM, received the Organizational Excellence Award for Disability Support Services from Adul Saengsingkaew, police general, Ministery of Social Development and Human Security.
