OREANDA-NEWS. At the present moment the first pipeline of approx. 2.5 km length is being put into operation on the territory of the Company. The total length of headers will reach 4 km in the year 2016.

The goal of the new network is supply of steam from LLC Novo-Salavatskaya TEC to Monomer’s EP-340 Plant. Implementation of Par-140 project began in the year 2011.

The project name was given due to the technical characteristics of the pipeline, Igor Taratunin, Technical Director of JSC Gazprom neftekhim Salavat says. - The header is designed for supply of steam under the pressure 140 kilogram-force to square centimeter or 14 MPa. The temperature of running steam equals 560 degrees; the flow consumption of each header equals 60-80 tons per hour. In order to reduce the sound power of the steam flow, being discharged into the atmosphere, the noise limiter G-1 was produced as per the design solution.

The second pipeline is planned to be put into operation in spring, 2016. Implementation of scheduled scope of work in the year 2016 will allow JSC Gazprom neftekhim Salavat to become the first company on the territory of the Russian Federation, which constructed such kind of a steam pipeline.
