OREANDA-NEWS. National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following information statement:

"...on November 5, 2015 National company KazMunayGaz JSC (KMG) in its own name, as well as on behalf of KazMunaiGas Finance Sub. B. V. (KMG Finance), announced the beginning on the current date of the buyback offer ("Offer"), offering to all holders of Bonds (as defined below) of any Series (as defined below) to present for buyback the Bonds they hold, on terms stated in the Memorandum on purchase offer of November 5, 2015".
