Blue Granite No. 1 is a securitisation of South African mortgage loans originated by SA Home Loans and serviced by Standard Bank of South Africa (AA(zaf)/Stable/F1+(zaf)).

KEY RATING DRIVERS
The rating has been withdrawn because the instrument has been taken private. Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for the debt instruments. Fitch does not rate any of the outstanding notes issued by Blue Granite No. 1.
