OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has updated its Evaluating Corporate Governance criteria report.

The report updates and replaces the report of the same name dated 12 December 2012. The criteria no longer refer to the "Country Specific Treatment of Recovery Ratings" criteria, which is now focusing on insolvency processes in each country rather than wider governance characteristics. There is no rating impact linked to this change.
