OREANDA-NEWS. Nasdaq Vilnius decided to apply observation status to Lietuvos dujos (LDJ1L, ISIN kodas: LT0000116220) and AB LESTO (LES1L, ISIN code: LT0000128449) immediately.

On December 3, 2015 the general meetings of shareholders of AB Lietuvos dujos and AB LESTO took place and approved the Terms of Reorganization of AB Lietuvos dujos and AB LESTO. According to the Terms of Reorganization, Lietuvos dujos and LESTO will be reorganized by merger, merging AB Lietuvos dujos with AB LESTO, both of which will end their activities as legal entities upon the reorganisation, to establish AB “Energijos skirstymo operatorius” which will start functioning after the reorganisation and will take over the assets, rights and obligations of AB Lietuvos dujos and AB LESTO after the reorganisation, i.e. a new legal entity, AB Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius will be established on the basis of AB Lietuvos dujos and AB LESTO).
