OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its ‘AAA’ reliability rating on Leader CJSC (a pension asset manager). The company’s first-time ‘AAA’ reliability rating from NRA was assigned on Oct. 21, 2008. It was reaffirmed each consecutive year.

The rating affirmation is based on the company’s consistent leadership position in the trust asset management market, considerable market experience, the positive dynamics of its key financial and operating performance indicators, and its strong shareholder base. NRA also notes the asset manager’s strong corporate governance practices and information disclosure, constantly improving business processes and services, high business diversification and earnings generation capacity.

Founded in 1993, Leader CJSC is currently the largest Russia-based asset manager. It ranks 1st by a number of key metrics, such as the size of assets under management, equity and assets managed on behalf of non-state pension funds.
