OREANDA-NEWS. December 08, 2015. Pursuant to the Plan approved by the Bank of Russia for participation of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) in the settlement of NATA-Bank (PJSC) obligations, the Agency ran a tender to select a bank acquirer of NATA-Bank’s partial assets and obligations.

The winner of the tender is JSCB ROSSIYSKY CAPITAL (PJSC).

In accordance with the approved Plan for participation, JSCB ROSSIYSKY CAPITAL (PJSC) will acquire NOTA-Bank’s (PJSC) obligations in the total amount of up to 5.5 billion rubles worth to those creditors whose claims shall be met on a priority basis in accordance with bankruptcy legislation.

JSCB ROSSIYSKY CAPITAL shall start servicing NOTA-Bank depositors no later than 8 December 2015.

Implementation of the procedure to transfer assets and obligations will speed up priority settlements and will also improve the environment for meeting the second-priority and third-priority claims.
