OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-3407, dated 1 December 2015, the Bank of Russia restricted the licence to carry out a certain type of insurance, compulsory motor third party liability insurance of damage to life, health and possessions of passengers during transportations of the public joint-stock company Railway Insurance Company ZHASKO (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 1595).

This decision was taken due to the expulsion of the insurance company from the National Association of Liability Insurers and becomes effective the day it is published in the Bank of Russia Bulletin.

The restriction of the insurer's licence prohibits the company from concluding contracts of certain types of insurance and reinsurance, and from introducing amendments, resulting in the increase in the insurer's obligations, in the respective contracts.

The insurance company must accept notifications of claim and meet its obligations.
