OREANDA-NEWS. “Donavia”, which is part of the “Aeroflot” Group, was awarded I degree diplomas in the regional Russian contest “Russian organization of high social efficiency – 2015” in the nomination “For the promotion of healthy lifestyles in companies of the productive sphere” and “For the reduction of occupational accidents and occupational health hazards in companies of the industrial sphere”.

The ceremony took place at the administration of the Rostov region at the meeting of the regional tripartite commission on the regulation of social and labor relations.

“In aviation, the health and recreation of employees, particularly flight personnel, play a huge role. We try to create a work environment where colleagues show their best professional qualities and still remain healthy and maintain a positive attitude towards work”, — shared Alexander Steblin, general director of “Donavia”.

Earlier, in May 2015, for the second time, “Donavia” received a “Certificate of trust in the employer” within the project “Declaration of the company activities to implement the labor rights of workers and employers”, which is held by the State Labour Inspectorate, with the participation of the Union of Employers of Rostov region. This certificate confirms that the company fulfills all requirements to protect its employees: safety, absence of debts on wages, social security for workers, collective bargaining, the availability of benefits and compensations.
