OREANDA-NEWS.  Insurance company "Amanat" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that it was brought to administrative responsibility following a decision of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2015 "in accordance with part 2 of article 228 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code" – provision by an insurance (re-insurance) organization, insurance broker, insurance holding of aninsurance (re- insurance) organization, partners (shareholders) and (or) affiliated persons of an insurance (re-insurance) organization, as well as individuals and legal entities, carrying features of a major partner of (an insurance holding) of an insurance (re-insurance) organization, of unreliable, as well as incomplete reports, data or other requested information".
