has in an official letter informed KASE of decisions of the Board of Directors of November 27, 2015:

"...1. to remove Nirmal Gumar Singh from the Management Board of SB "PNB" - Kazakhstan" JSC as of November 30, 2015.

2. to appoint Director of Foreign Clients Department Sandzhiv Kumar a member of the Management Board of SB "PNB" - Kazakhstan" JSC as of November 30, 2015."
