OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its short-term 'F1+' rating on the following notes:

--Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MA) commercial paper notes series 1994.

The rating was based on the support of a letter of credit by Bayerische Landesbank that was previously terminated.
