OREANDA-NEWS. Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"...1) Early termination of powers of the Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board of Bank of Astana JSC, Yuliya Kim, as November 11, 2015, according to her written statement;

2) Election of the Managing Director, Daniyar Uspanov, as the member of the Management Board of Bank of Astana JSC as of December 2, 2015."
