OREANDA-NEWS. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following official letter:

"...Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC by the Resolution of the National Bank of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the NBK) of the November 26, 2015 was brought to administrative liability under Part 3 of Article 168-7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences of January 30, 2001, valid until January 1, 2015, and Part 3 of Article 218 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses of January 1, 2015.

The NBK established that false statements were provided compiled on the basis of the form prescribed in Appendix 2 to the Regulations on monitoring of sources of supply and demand, and information on use of foreign currency in the domestic foreign exchange market..., which led to the issuance of written warnings to the Bank".
