OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2015. By its Order No. OD-3278 the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 23 November 2015 a provisional administration to Insurance Technologies of 21st Century, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3648; location: 11a Seleznyevskaya Street, bldg. 2, Moscow 127473, TIN 7744001874; PSRN 1027739204118) (hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2782, dated 15 October 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Anna A. Nekhina (mailing address: P.O.Box 63, Moscow 127051), member of the non-profit partnership Receivers’ Union Avangard (5 Makarenko Street, bldg. 1A, premises 1, rooms 8, 9 and 10), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
