OREANDA-NEWS. Within the program of re-engineering it was developed the concept robotics until 2019, which provides the introduction of robots at KAMAZ at more than 900 positions.

As the press service of KAMAZ informed, 11 new robots are already on the upgraded lines of the welding axle housing, four - in the surfacing (Automobile Plant), then other two more follow by the project of welding gear (engine plant), then automation will be used in an upgraded line of high roof (Press and Stamping Plant). In addition, 43 robotic cells at KAMAZ (for starting the calculations) will be equipped by the project of welding with a wide range of parts on Press and Stamping Plant.

Also, the next two or three years it is planned the modernization of the line forming at the forging plant, the modernization of the line forming at the RSP, a large number of robotic cells for machining at engine plant.
