OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of November 24, 2015 on approval of the report on results of offering of the bank's shares.

According to the letter provided:

- National Bank approves report on results of offering of the bank's shares from April 19 to October 18, 2015;

- no shares of the bank were offered in the period under review, as of October 18, 2015 5,160,886 ordinary shares of the bank remained unplaced; its share capital equals KZT51,500,000,932.00.
