OREANDA-NEWS. With the entry of 27 November the Registration department of Tartu County Court erased the entries relating to the conditional increase of the share capital of AS LHV Group.

The entries concerning the conditional share capital were connected with the subordinated convertible bonds issued by AS LHV Group in December 2012 that had previously been fully redeemed and erased from the registrer.
