OREANDA-NEWS. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following official letter:

"...Following a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2015 the Bank was held administratively liable according to part 3 of article 208 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences...

... Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC untimely sent information to First Credit Bureau LLP received from the credit history entity in violation of sub-clause 8) of clause 2 of Article 19 of the Law on Credit Bureaus.

The fine amounted to KZT792,800".
