OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency (NRA) has affirmed its ‘SQ3’ service quality rating on RiskTEKConsulting Otsenka LLC (RTEKC). The company was assigned NRA’s first-time service quality rating of ‘SQ3’ on Apr. 28, 2014.

In NRA’s view, the quality of the appraisal company’s services is commensurate with RTEKC’s business specifics. The company is careful to every key aspect of quality management. It has no issues related to customer dissatisfaction. The rating is supported by the fact that the activities of RTEKC and its personnel meet the industry and government standards. The company is accredited with a number of leading commercial banks and is experienced in dealing with large Russian enterprises. NRA also notes RTEKC’s, progress in developing its Customer Satisfaction Measurement And Loyalty Maintenance System.

At the same time, NRA notes that many of the company’s policies and procedures relating to the internal appraisal and control system are insufficiently formalized.
