OREANDA-NEWS. 24 November 2015 IDGC of Centre, PJSC placed exchange-traded bonds series BO-03 with a total nominal value of 5 billion rubles. Bookbuilding from investors was held 18 November from 11:00 a.m. Moscow time to 12:00 a.m. Moscow time.

Maturity of the issue is 10 years, a put option after 5 years from the date of placement is provided, as well as possibility of early redemption after 2 years. The coupon rate for up to the put option is determined on the basis of bookbuilding and is set at 11.8% per annum.

The organizers of the issue of the exchange-traded bonds were Bank GPB (JSC) and PJSC ROSBANK. The placement agent is Bank GPB (JSC).
