OREANDA-NEWS. New-home prices rose in fewer major cities in October 2015 than in September 2015, but contracted sales rose at a double-digit year-on-year rate for the second consecutive month, Fitch Ratings says in its latest China Property Watch.

Growth in contracted sales remained strong for the first 10 months of 2015 for most Fitch-rated Chinese homebuilders. Chinese developers' onshore bond issuance experienced a double-digit month-on-month growth while their offshore issuance stagnated in October 2015.
